Okay, so here's my have-to-do for the evening ... I have got to find that lost dental clinic referral form. I'm not going to get into I'm-a-loser-I-lose-everything, I am stepping forth into positive action. If I can't find it tonight, there are other positive actions I can take. But this is the first step and it is worthwhile even if I don't find it, for then I can pursue the other options.

Phew! That was a lot of talking myself up to get going.
