Nah - you can give me a quick briefing of it all if you want I think I have read it all anyways. I scanned some and they looked familiar. I can see 3 or 4 new threads for us by the time we are done. We are a chatty team! And just think Neal is recovering from an awesome mary or we would be even further along! That's no excuse for me. I think my fingers may be the only part of my body that isn't sore today. I was freaking out....and was assured this is normal for many rookie runners...they do not grease thier nipples or add bandaids..and the shirt will keep rubbing and rubbing til ....well you see! |

Turns out, I'm good. Driving to town to run seemed just dumb. Next time, I will drive to town and use the treadmill!ilucy2 - 2009-10-04 6:45 PM disturbed275 - 2009-10-04 5:50 PM Thanks! And to think I actually compared criminals to wild animals. I stated I wanted animals to criminals.....ummm excuse me could you pass me the salt, I am about ready to eat my words.ilucy2 - 2009-10-04 6:23 PM Hi there team...!!! I think I left you guys at 43 pages, you have all done WELL!! I did a little run yesterday, further than the plan called for, but less than I was actually set out to do. They have had a nasty couger hanging in the area, some hungry bears, and two wolves. It was either take a loop where there were some houses, or have my gma follow me with a car. Yeah, that is what I want, my own personal overweight running critic! Nice run! Glad you didn't become some wild animal's dinner! no need to do that Lucy....remember that some animals are like a pussycat compared to some of those hardened criminals...so, Im not so sure we should pass that salt...yet!!! run safe...do you have somewhere that is heavily travelled with others...so you are not the prime appetizer for these animals??? noooo find a nice outdoor spot to run - even a track!...only time to run on a treadmill is when there is no other options...at least for me!! I hate treadmills....see why: http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/photos/get-photo.asp?photoid=112084 not coordinated enough to even get on one! good luck...Here's to you finding a nice non zoo-ish spot to run outdoors! |

Veteran 340 | Subject: RE: Show us your Ghoulies - Halloween Run Challenge Well I got my lil run in this afternoon. We bug bombed the house friday before we left town, I am thinking my gym did not get aired out very well. I am wondering if it is time to find my asthma inhalers or if I inhaled a butt load of bug bomb. It felt like I was trying to breath through mud. Really gasping for air, I am thinking my DD could hear me in the living room, she kept trying to ask me what was wrong. |
