So the question Du Jour (like that french huh? ) is do I go back and read 9 pages I missed or just pretend I read them all and don't worry about post count padding

Nah - you can give me a quick briefing of it all if you want   I think I have read it all anyways.  I scanned some and they looked familiar.

I can see 3 or 4 new threads for us by the time we are done.  We are a chatty team!  And just think Neal is recovering from an awesome mary or we would be even further along!

That's no excuse for me.  I think my fingers may be the only part of my body that isn't sore today.  I should be typing up a storm

I JUST LOVE THE PICTURE OF THE GUY IN THE SHIRT! - I had never seen this before I worked the finish line at a marathon...there were all kinds of guys mainly who came up with bloody nipples! I was freaking out....and was assured this is normal for many rookie runners...they do not grease thier nipples or add bandaids..and the shirt will keep rubbing and rubbing til ....well you see!

noooo find a nice outdoor spot to run - even a track!...only time to run on a treadmill is when there is no other options...at least for me!! I hate treadmills....see why:

This happened to my DH during a HM last fall...It was pouring rain through the whole race...the wet shirt really accelerated the problem as he had run a marathon before and not had any problems

maybe that is why I saw sooo many in Houston...it is sooo humid there! I was very hungover the day I worked the finishing shoot...giving out the finishing medals...and I must admit a few times I almost lost it! was definitely an eye opener...or shutter whichever may be!

or not! time to go spend a quality nite with the old 99% cooking hubby! have a nice evening Katie.

be careful Lucy! air that home out before you workout again! is the weather going to allow you to air it out? or are you near Debbie where it rains and rains and rains??? or near Melissa in 4 degree weather where my windows would be sealed shut!?
