My feet are sooo sore still and its 48 hours later!!! I am actually a little worried about how I am going to run tomorrow - seriously! I think that the secret to lasting the night in heels is adding gel inserts to cushion the pressure, plus drinking a lot of booze to dull the pain LOL. |

It was a gorgeous fall morning with perfect running temps and great fall scenery. However, I have to confess that I did my run with a Creepy Clown!

I looove great running weather. Sadly we're just moving into our hot summer weather here, its either run at 6am or not at all. Daylight savings starts next week though so that should help |

Congrats on getting the running in, bummer on the no reading/post padding. Um, I guess that bike will do, Joe. Though it will look awfully silly with a pink jersey. I think you should ditch it and get a pretty color to match your pink jersey hanging in the hallway. Black should do, possibly silver. I know someone who can get rid of your bike cheap, send it to me and I'll take care of all the details.  Got another run in on Friday, then nothing all weekend. Mila, HOW'D THE DATE GO???????????? At our local supermarket they've started stocking canned pumpkin filling for a pie, and its sitting in my cupboard ready for me to use it. One of these days I'll make one  We have pumpkin everything here for Halloween. Ice cream, coffee, cheesecake, anything you can imagine. I LOVE PUMPKIN PIE!!! Seriously. It's so good. Being gluten-free, though, I now make it without a crust. I just make it the normal way, and it is easy to slice it up and eat it. Yum, yum, yum. |
