I am so glad today is OVER! I have one more class party to get through on Monday and I am home free! Okay, not really, I am double booked on Monday too, class party for Alex (2nd grade) and craft in Cole's class. Ugh. I forgot! When will it end???? Come hell or high water, I am running tomorrow! Good thing you picked up that wine the other day then!!!! No kidding. I'm glad I planned ahead. Anyone have any good recommendations for a good Christmas wine? I'm leaning toward that really good cab I had the other night, Franciscan. Cat, have you worked out your menu for Christmas yet? I think we are having prime rib. Not my first choice but Bryan does the cooking so it's up to him. I won't complain one bit if he's cooking! ETA: Oooooo, yummy wine TOPPAGE!

I tried to run and had to stop early. It's frustrating. Even if I can swim again there is no way I can do the full amount I committed to. I'll see if there are sick adjustments so I don't drag the team down. Sorry guys I'll still hang out here even if I can't keep doing my workouts. that's a bummer Kristin, but it sounds like it is best for you to stay out of the pool |

Hi Erica, Right now the menu looks like this: Christmas Eve: Turkey, Potato Salad, Cos Salad, Fresh Bread Profiteroles, Choc dipped strawberries, afghans, choc chip, Lolly cake, custard, ice cream
Christmas Brunch: Cereal, Fruit salad, yoghurt, ham and cheese croissants
Christmas dinner: Cold meats, prawns, Roast Vegetables (potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, fresh vegetables, bread (maybe garlic bread) Pavlova, Baleys Tiramisu
After that its left overs of which there will be many Im sure! |
