I was just thinking I might indulge too...in the first option, not the ice bath.  An ice bath wouldn't help my recovery from this nasty virus.

busy day here, I cleaned, did laundry (almost done), swam, got groceries.....no wonder i'm tired!

oh, and i did a little multi - tasking, as i was sending inspires to the team, i updated our spreadsheet - hope no one minds

it looks like there are a few people that will have a peach today based on their blogs - a couple of folks are totally MIA

actually this week was pretty pathetic

I will pass on the chicken noodle...I don't have any, and besides it is full of gluten.

I do have some really good miso in the fridge.

the weather just turned nasty...it is pouring icy rain and I think that the house just dropped 5 degrees.

I am going to turn the heat back on and steam myself for a while.

And the chocolate milk will be hot (and it is almond milk)

mike, your typos are going to get you in trouble...you shouldn't include yourself in other peoples hot baths and things that will do their body good.

I peeked back on the horny melon thread last night and found it amusing that one of the very first posts included a picture of peeps.

I am going to take a little break and have some me time...I need to focus on getting better.

I will be taking a hot bath...and I have a big bowl of miso, hot chocolate, a banana, some sliced peaches, a dark dark chocolate bar, some fritos, and some apple juice

I also have a hot pot for the tub...the water heater here is lame and the hot water doesn't come near filling the tub...it sucks.

I have a book that is both fun and school related.

And after the soak...I will earn my peach with some stretching time.  

I ran myself out of bread, milk, eggs, lunch meat, oatmeal, peanut butter, and all forms of fruit today. This trip is very necessary.

Very quiet.  I didn't pop out of the woodwork until I was in a couple of challenges with SuperCat and Tinky.  Troof!
