Creamy Avocado and White Bean Wrap

2 tbs     cider vinegar
1 tbs     canola oil
2 tsp     finely chopped canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce
1/4 tsp  salt
2 cups   shredded red cabbage
1 med   carrot shredded
1/4 cup cilantro
1 15 oz can white beans (rinsed)
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbs   minced red onion
4      8 to 10 inch whole wheat pita wraps


1) Whisk vinegar, oil, chile and salt in a medium bowl.  Add cabbage, carrot, and cilantro.  Toss to combine

2) Mash beans and avocado in another medium bowl with a potato masher or fork.  Stir in cheese and red onion

3) Spread 1/2 cup of bean-avocado mixture onto a wrap.  Top with 2/3 cup of slaw.  Roll up.

Makes 4 wraps.

Total Carbs 50g
Dietary Fiber 13g
Protein  13g

Tom, what in the heck did you do???  Only thing to add to the above is sometimes it helps to lay flat on the floor with knees bent at 90° and legs propped on the ottoman (or some other piece of furniture.

Relax. You aren't going to gain or lose any fitness in 4 days so don't worry about that.

A massage would be great! Heat, muscle relaxers, stretch.

Do you remember doing anything to hurt it? Maybe some lifting or twisting?
