Master 2201 Elgin, | Subject: RE: Whips, Cattle Prods & Tiaras (Four-Is-More Challenge) Got a swim in today, though not as good as I hoped for decent enough. I could have swam longer, but I was on a time crunch so I only had time to get 1400 yds in. Guess it could have been worse. |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: Whips, Cattle Prods & Tiaras (Four-Is-More Challenge) Didn't get my run in today. I ran out of time. Oooo, bad pun! Between shooting up to Hartford (hour away) for shoes and the children's museum and then Girl Scouts, I just didn't have the energy. Back at it tomorrow! |

Of course, when I first looked at the link I thought it said shop.myboobsdotcom. I have issues. Uhhh, edited so that would not be a kinky linky in the thread . kns57 - 2008-09-17 11:22 AM That's how I shop for cars. If the seat isn't comfy, then I'm not a buying! And if hte back has no leg room, I'm not a buying! OK, so I was reading through the thread kind of quickly.... And those two posts kind of got merged together.... So what I got out of it was: shop.myboobsdotcom That's how I shop for cars. If the seat isn't comfy, then I'm not a buying! I thought, "HUH?" Which made me go back and actually read the posts - and click the link. So now, I understand what's going on. (At least as much as I ever understand what's going on....) Nice couch. Great color. Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Whips, Cattle Prods & Tiaras (Four-Is-More Challenge) Dear WCPTs, September is now 57% completed. Our team percentage is only 44.8%. Therefore, you are all in danger of being tasered, cattle prodded, whipped and stomped. Go. Work. Out. Now. Your pal, Captain Cattle Prod P.S. I have ordered one of these cool "Taser" outfits. (In pink, of course.) So, unless you want to look like the guy in the middle, I suggest you hit the gym. Edited by D001 2008-09-17 7:27 PM |

I've noticed on the spreadsheet that we're only about 15% done with the swimming target for this month. Do people not like swimming??? *lol* |

I love renovations that start out with one very small bottle, usually of epoxy. They end with a hotel room for at least a week while everything "sets" in one form or another.Hi everyone! I've been training hard - swam & biked on Monday, ran 10k yesterday, then 3k this morning and did some weights too. I'm hoping I'll still be able to get up in the morning tomorrow and run again - here's hoping My husband and I went out last night and bought some paint. We're going to do a few minor renovations around the house. Well, thats the idea anyway, I have a bad feeling its going to get WAY out of control *lol* Thats what I'm afraid of !!!! |

Master 2665 The Whites, New Hampshire | Subject: RE: Whips, Cattle Prods & Tiaras (Four-Is-More Challenge) Evening! It is getting far, far too easy to catch up. We're still in the lead, but it is closing quickly. Train, post, train, post, sleep!!! People, eating is for while you post! The children can bathe themselves and get themselves to bed!!! BTW, I did my freakin' bike. 1.95 mi at an average of 7.2 mph. ROTFLMAO!!!! The first mile was at 5.1 mph - straight. up. hill. I turned around, and didn't pedal again until I got home. 11 minutes out, 4 minutes back. I love mountain biking! I felt ridikerous logging that pitiful effort, but I am so entirely run-focused right now, I think it might be my last shot before the bike goes away for the winter. Snowshoes are coming out soon! This weekend: swim. Without having a Reynaud's attack. Or heck, with an attack, whatever, I'll heal. At least my percentages will be up! |

Master 2665 The Whites, New Hampshire | Subject: RE: Whips, Cattle Prods & Tiaras (Four-Is-More Challenge) Thanks for all the comments on the couch. It looks abso-smurf-ly fanTABulous!!!! I loff it very, very much. The red is actually more orang-y than the pic showed or I remembered from the store, which is awesome. It fits my coloring and my soon-to-be decor perfectly. I am so danged excited. And yes, it absolutely had to pass the comfy test. Even more so because it is the sleeper couch (hellllllllo, insta-guest room!). And it passes with flying colors. I'm still wicked guilty for buying el-cheapo Chinese furniture (tomorrow I look to see where it was really made), but it was all I could afford, and all I was gonna be able to afford until I get a new job. So I'm super happy with it. I'd post pictures of it in my apartment, but then you would see how sad my apartment is with nothing on the shelves or the walls. Mila, I will be sure to update you once it has hosted a vanilla vodka tasting. I'll get on that right away, just so, you know, I don't keep you in suspense or anything... |

But my Raynaud's doesn't usually bother me while I'm swimming. What the heck kinda temps are you swimming in???? 2. I am a little confused about that whole putting the bike away for the winter thing. Nooooooo!! Keep it out!!! Put it on a trainer!!!!! Now I'm stuck thinking about a bike in a closet, garage or some other storage area. Sadness. 3. Ouch. That's some hill! Reminds me of my entire weekend of riding, though I never saw 5.1, only 6 mph and, since I was on a roadie and not my mtb I think that makes me more pitiful!!! |

It hasn't been easy lately since he's been on crutches for three weeks now and has difficulty taking care of the kids. I will work on it!!! Hope that he is heeling well and will be off the crutches soon. I remember when my neighbor's husband was on crutches. She left the kids (5 & 3) home with him one day. I found the kids two blocks away, they had followed the ice cream truck. That was scary. He had fallen asleep on the couch and didn't even know they were gone. So, I totally understand... |

Do people not like swimming??? *lol* Eh. I'm behind with my swimming. I *like* to swim. But I hate dealing the "lap swim" schedule at my pool. (I hate the cockroaches too. But I haven't seen them since they finished the renovations. It's good that I haven't seen them. But I *know* they're still there....) Anyway - most of the schedule features water aerobics, kids' swim lessons and swim teams. However, you can swim laps every now and then. Unfortunately, most of the "now and then" occurs when I need to be at work. Bleh. But yes, I do plan on getting another swim in either tomorrow or on Saturday. |
