I'd rather not be a grown up right now. My phone interview is in half an hour and I'm freaking out about it. I'm looking at questions for network engineers online, I know what they're talking about, I know the answers, but I can't form coherent sentences and spit them out.

I told a friend of mine I was thinking about backing out of the interview because my ego is too fragile right now to take another rejection.

Thanks everyone. I'm just super nervous. Being a network engineer is what I have worked for my entire career. It is a job I want, and it is a way out of a job I don't want.

I'm trying to relax. Deep breaths, in with the good, out with the bad.

15 minutes. I'll let you all know how it goes.

I have no experience with Mounties or hockey players, but I'm willing to give it a try.

I have no experience with California firemen either, so I better put them on the list, too.

I don't know how it went. I don't have a lot of experience building new networks, most of my experience is in maintaining established networks.

They have several positions open that they are trying to fill right now, so hopefully I get something.
