At the first week of a training block (Every 4 weeks) is my recovery week, by the end of the week it's doubled the first week. e.g. My first week my total hours was 7.63 hours, on the 4th week, the hours are 16.11 hours, the start of the training of the second block I'm down to 8.48 hours and gradually increases roughly by 1.1 So, my swim is about 18% of the hours, my bike is 56% of my hours and run is 26% of hours. |
