I've pretty much decided that after losing last week + a few days, doing a 1/2 mary the Sunday before Thanksgiving would be stoopid
I'm not particularly interested in doing the 8k distance, I'm just not fast enough to be competitive and the distance isn't long enough to be a challenge
hmmmmmm, what to do?
TOPPAGE!
Find a 10K somewhere in the region?
I tried finding one today - no luck so far
I mostly just found 5k's
I need something that will help me be motivated to train
Where's Dee at when you need her? Since she's not around, I'll do the honors.
YIKES!!!!!!
now I'm askeeerd..................
I respond better to pixie dust than cattle prods - LOL!
Run in NY!!!! Maybe that just sounds really really impressive from Down Under
fwiw, a run down under sounds really impressive from the Philly area
One thing I am totally doing on my trip is going for a run in central park... yes lame but sounds so exciting to me... even if its more run 10 seconds... walk 10 minutes
Then again that would require the packing of gym gear and running shoes...
that doesn't sound lame at all - I've walked around in Central Park a few times - it's cool

You plan the trip, I'll find a way to meet you ladies up there, we could have some fun!

QueenZipp - 2008-10-27 9:25 PM My daughter did the pilates video with me.
how'd she like it?
It was funny, I warned her it would be a challenge. She moaned and complained about it hurting the whole time. Fussed that the chick on the video made it look easy....
