kns57 - 2008-11-11 9:30 AM I'm back from the cold cold north. Sal, how do you handle it all winter long. It was a great weekend and we walked all over the place and, yes, my coat was perfect. I stayed nice and warm between my coat, long johns, scarf, gloves, etc. My nose was cold though.

A cold nose always makes me sniffle... lots!

Hi Cat. Yup, sniffle sniffle sniffle as I walked along.

I got a bad case of that riding this weekend and it wasnt really cold... not sure there is anything you can DO for it!

Move to warmer climate.

Well, someone has to stay in MN. Otherwise, the southeast would get too crowded....

And I'm sure not going to be the one in MN.....

Yes, I probably am antisocial. Do you have a problem with that? LOL

I cant handle the hot days in Sydney in summer... I dont think I WANT to be any where warmer!

Maybe *I* need to move to Sydney, and *you* need to move next door to Sal.

Umm not quite... New Zealand climate is a little more me... the summers are just a little less HOT and humid... but I dont do cold... have I mentioned i havent lived in any city that has snowed... ever...

I just like my temps around the 20-28 degree mark (68-82ish F) with cool nights... and low to no humidity! Any hotter and I dont like it... a bit cooler is just fine!

Go for it!!! Although Im not sure whats going on but Im feeling all flushed nad light headed so will yuo mind if I dont join yuo until it calms down?

Uh oh. I hope it's not what I had last week..... On the plus side, it didn't last long....

Im wondering whether my calories are a bit low and whether I should just try EATING something first... Ive lost about 1.5kgs ( just over 3 pounds) in just over a week which is great but perhaps my cals are a bit too low and my body is staging a revolt... not sure...

I dont FEEL hungry...

Um, that happens to me sometimes. I don't FEEL hungry, but I get lightheaded. And yes, that's a signal to me that I need to eat something. It usually happens when I skip lunch.

What did you eat today? Anything?

I don't think it takes long to put on a Speedo, but I'll ask if they want to skip that step for you.

Tear = bad
OK to run Sat = good
No running for 2 wks = bad (but at least you're OK for Sat)
Massage therapy = sounds good, but may not always feel that way!

Glad you're going to be able to run on Sat.
