Tri_n_2_b_fast - 2009-05-19 1:05 PM In an effort to take advantage of the Intimidator being weak and unable to properly defend herself... In addition to not knowing the secret handshake, you also don't have the secret decoder ring to be a part of the Cool Kids Club!  But since we are such a kind and generous bunch we will let you hang out with us anyway!  This is two jabs in one day... I am pressing my luck huh?  You are bound to go all midevil on me!   

I was overwhelmed with guilt due to you being so sick....So I am retracting my feeble attempt at bashing you. (for today) lol! 

I hope you are feeling better soon... and if you caught the squirrel flu or something, don't be gettin' us "cool" kids infected!

My tummy has settled, thank GOD.  I have lots of catching up to do on training this week.  Planned today is a run at lunch and a bike after work.  Since it's still raining here, both will be indoors... yech.

Anyone got a good movie reccomendation to watch while riding tonight?

Tri_n_2_b_fast - 2009-05-20 2:23 PM Yes a three dayer!  woot woot!  Betsy & Eric ~ (I would offer this to the rest of you, but it might be a long commute just for a swim) There is a growing group of us heading out to 288 Lake on Sunday morning...meet between 8-8:30 if y'allwould like to come out... I really like 288 better than Twin Lakes... and it is just a little closer, but $2 bucks more.  The corse is just a little shorter too, but still very nice comparitively!

Now that the topic came up.....I'm a fan of bathroom talk   I sometimes forget that other people don't always want to know when my colon decides it's not having a good day, which incidentally happens to be more days than I care to think about.

Kelli, my husband (and heck, my friends) are always appaled by how open I am about my gastrointestinal issues.  I guess when I was a kid I took the book "everybody poops" really really literally.

Well since you two ladies have breached the subject of bathroom speek (BvD I hope I dont offend you). I have a small rant. At my work, smaller office type, we have a mens room with 2 sitters, 1 stander, and 2 sinks. There is an unisex bathroom with 1 sitter and a sink on the other side of the office next to the conference room. I have a pretty regular schedule in the mornings. There are 2 guys in the office that will go into the larger bathroom and brush thier teeth. It messes with my groove with someone in there brushiung their teeth while I am doing my thing. I am all for brushing teeth but there!! right then!! why not the single room. Havent these guys seen CSI??? Havent they heard of high velocity splatter and substance transfer? I mean come on. Maybe I am off base but end of rant.
