lmao. Or a skirt, eh Mila? Sorry, I couldn't resist.

I have plenty of sassy bike skirts but no zippers on my shooz... just very high heels and ribbon wraps.  If only I could put cleats on those .

You need to lower your mind into the gutter just a bit further, Mila...

Oh, no worries, I understood the reference.  I was just choosing to deflect it .

joemac3 - 2008-09-19 7:09 AM I just want to apologize for not posting very much in this thread. I will have more time to spend padding my really small post count.

I'm glad you now have your priorities in order .

tlnewman30 - 2008-09-19 1:37 PM I am currently up to 67 miles ran with a 10k race on Sun.  I am a little behind on the biking miles, but I am planning on getting a nice long ride in over the weekend, so that shouldn't be a big issue.

Great job, Travis!!

I just updated the spreadsheet and I am right on track with more training to come this afternoon (maybe) and tomorrow (definitely).

I am in so much trouble. I don't know why I bought these stupid cookies from Trader Joe's (the best market ever) they are all butter shortbread cookies with a good size puddle of chocolate right in the middle and they are ssoooooooooooo good, but so bad for you!

I *heart* Trader Joe's.  My very favorite on the bike for very long periods of time food is their peanut butter filled pretzels (but you must buy the ones with salt... there is no purpose for the existence of the unsalted ones ).

Those cookies look good but I'm from Maryland and therefore extremely biased about such things so have to state that these scrumptious things are FAR better :

(Note the chocolate to cookie proportion... mmmmm...)

DOH!  The picture is on the other computer.  I'll find another and post in a few.

there is no purpose for unsalted pretzels they should take all the unsalted pretzels in the world and put them all around areas prone to flooding to absorb the water because they are good for nothing else.

No.  It's a problem .  But you have to order them online or have your special delivery person (my mother) bring them to your house.  You can only buy them in Maryland and, even then, only in a few select places.
