I'm settling in with a vodka tonic, had a nice phone call conversation with peeps from Nebraska, got a lot done today heh, seriously, the above is all true, but I'm really sad my DS missed his flight today and I won't see him until late tomorrow evening |

Master 2146 East Side of the Bay | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge ebshot - 2008-12-20 8:37 PM I had a coupon-what a joke buy 4 and get $2 off. Of course I couldn't resist, that and the fact that my daughter was home from college and we need to help her put on weight. I've have just finally lost the weight I've put on in the 2 years since she started with the whole eating/weight issue thing. Oh well, family is my priority and if it means Ben & Jerry, well so be it.KOM - 2008-12-20 8:35 PM lastcall2003 - 2008-12-20 8:31 PM Chillin with the fam-made pizzas and Ben & Jerry are currently calling me from the freezer. Picked her up on Thursday, which is how I got my fabulous overnight on Wednesday in Burlington. My poor sister-in-law's son's finals where cancelled Friday because of the storm. As of this morning she didn't know when he was finishing. Thankfully he is only an hour away.KOM - 2008-12-20 8:43 PM lastcall2003 - 2008-12-20 8:40 PM Oh that is so lucky for both of you, my daughter is 19 too, is he a student in St Louis?KOM - 2008-12-20 8:35 PM Chillin with the fam-made pizzas and Ben & Jerry are currently calling me from the freezer. My 16 yo doesn't have school anyhow so I think she is going out shopping with her Dad &sis tomorrow. I know they haven't started shopping yet.... I'm making a list: Yak Trax, smart wool socks..... Have a nice pot of soup on the stove for tonight. |

Pro 4608 Brooklyn, NY | Subject: RE: Team Vixen - Dec. Limiter Challenge Hey Vixens. It's -5 in Chicago. That's the actual temp. With windchill it was -28. My ear is aching from the cold so I skipped my swim. I've adjusted my goals for the month and am hoping to get in two more if I'm feeling up to it. I hate this inactivity. It's driving me insane. I ventured out and bought a couple final gifts. So I'm almost ready for Christmas. Bah humbug! I opened some wine and am trying to keep warm tonight. |

I was much better, then forgot the decongestant this morning and being out in the -28 temps made it ache. I don't have to fly for over a week so i'm hoping it will be ok by then. It's kind of frustrating that there isn't much I can do. |

Try to drink lots of fluids, that can help thin out any stuff still obstructing the sinuses and tubes. I'm glad you don't have to fly anytime soon. -28 is COLD. I lived in Mpls-St Paul for 13 years. I do not miss that cold at all. 0-30 is fine by me.KOM - 2008-12-21 7:20 PM Hi Kristin- Are you feeling any better? It comes and goes.
