Question - Do you think you could do something like the Chest & Back at the gym and use the assisted pull up machine? - doing the pushups to the side between sets? Just curious - I have the worksheets printed off so I know what the exercises are.
Still not sure if I'll follow the lean or classic so it'll either be Chest & Back or Core but I'll get it done! totally. aside from the warm up/down, the only thing you will miss is the timing between exercises. well, that and tony's jokes. if you have the list and the motivation to do "maximum, maximum, maximum reps", there is no reason you can't do it at a health club. good luck! |
