Finished my big ride, 73.4 miles! Sunny and hot, just the way I like it. Had my own personal Alpe d'Huez too, riding up to Hunter Mountain, one of my favorite climbs in the area.

The team is looking great too, we're in the home stretch so lets finish strong!

Team Liquigas is on to our attempt to have the most posts and has engaged in some post padding of their own! Anytime you log on to BT make sure you post, even if its nonsense :P

Hey kids! You are awesome! I went from the top to the bottom of our team in less than a week!

I did get 3 rides in on Mom's bike while visiting the parents. I am on my way home now and plan to drop someone else to the bottom of our team ASAP!

Just was browsing some of the other team's threads and I think we are doing great. Some have dropped out, some injured, and others just MIA. I feel honored to be on a great team and hope everyone finishes up strong.

Tomorrow I'm going to put in double miles. So at least 20+ miles. I want to finish with a bang!

Team standings as best as I can tell:

1. Garmin 90.01% complete
2. Liquigas 73.37%
3. Quickstep 71.65%
4. Leopard Trek 66.79%
5. Sky 49.69%
6. BMC - can't tell from their spreadsheet

For all teams, I did not include data from riders who completed less than 10% of their stated goal.

With that it looks like I'm only 7.8 short miles from the finish line. In keeping with the tradition of the tour, I will be getting that ride in Sunday morning.

Last Stage - 1 Hour on the Trainer, 19 stages - 13. 25 Hours - 240 miles, which is 8x my total amout for last month.  Not to fear I will likely get in two or three more rides but I met my goals and will just show those as exceeded time and stages.  Once again thank you to everyone for the inspires and letting me be a part of the best team in this challenge.  Here comes the Texan, Y'all are awesome!Money mouth

Go Team Garmin
