I havent looked at the one you put up... as long as its working out the percentages in the same way Im good... Hm, you have: =SUM(F4:F14)/COUNT(A4:A14) Why not just: =AVERAGE(F4:F14) (Yes, I am a geek. We already know that. LOL) I'm surprised that you stuck to white and gray, rather than all sorts of pinks and purples.
Team total percentage for the week/ number of team members (to accomodate for the mix of distance and time goals) Umm yes that would make more sense.... does that mean I have to go and change all of the spreadsheets? Edited by Donto 2008-03-03 11:34 AM |

Pro 6582 Melbourne FL | Subject: RE: PeepSqueek Pedallers: Go Yellow! Hello PeepSqueeks! Hopefully this month will be a bit more forgiving for me than last month. 12 hours of T.I.T.S. should be a good goal to start with, I'll fine tune it as I develop my 12 week training plan this week. I actually brought my MTB into work today and will ride home tonight and into work tomorrow AM. The weather is suppose to be really up and down this week so I'll get what I can when I can. Donto on-out |

Donto on-out Man! What I wouldn't give to live in Florida again! I lived there for 5 years during college in Daytona and I absolutely loved it! I could do without the traffic during race weeks and bike fest in April and October, but you can't beat the weather. I wish it was above freezing here so that I could ride my bike to work and back. Of course living on base that's only .9 miles each way so I'd have to do a few loops. Good luck with your rides and here's to hoping it doesn't rain *cheers* I've never seen another locale where it can be bright blue skies one minute and then torential downpour the next. 15 minutes later... bright sunshine... P.S. chalk up another 19.25 miles for me. *does a little jig* Edited by mmakaryk 2008-03-03 3:58 PM |

Regular 90 Hebron, KY | Subject: RE: PeepSqueek Pedallers: Go Yellow! Got in another hour ride today for about 17 miles. The winds were punishing today and despite riding a loop there was always a head wind. Does anyone want to try and explain that one to me? ;-) Planning to get in one more ride tomorrow for about 20 and then try to knock out another 50 or so on Saturday morning. Keep riding and remember that what goes up must come down, or at least I think so. |

Master 1841 Sendai, Japan | Subject: RE: PeepSqueek Pedallers: Go Yellow! Hi everyone. I'm finally on the board with a 20 minute ride today. The weather forecast is starting to look reasonable from a temperature perspective (nothing like Okinawa or Tokyo though). Ideally I want to start logging some time out in the real world and just supplement with warm up I'm doing at the health club before strength training. |

I too was planning on doing a treadmill run but when I woke up this morning and saw it was actually 29 degrees outside (warmest it has been at 4:30 am for three months) I decided to put on my thermals and slap on the Garmin. Boy it feels good to pound the pavement again (my knees are thanking me in their own way too right now...) Although, I'm having a little trouble typing this because my hands are still frozen dispite wearing gloves :p Pam, we must be doing the same training plan b/c I've got a 45 minute ride scheduled for tomorrow as well. 20 week beginner HIM bronze level? |

Master 1641 Cambridge, MA | Subject: RE: PeepSqueek Pedallers: Go Yellow! Hi Cat and Teem PeepSqueek I'm stepping on late, but I hope you'll accept me because: A. I rode a hard 55 min spin class today at 6am with 5 (count 'em!) virtual criterion loops B. I think I scared the women next to me with my panting at HR 178 on loop 3 and C. I bike commute almost 25 mins on most days M-F
I can commit to 14 hours of riding in March unless it monsoons...and even then, no one likes wet, soggy peeps, so I'll tough it out in the spin studio if I have to.
I'll check back in on the 9th and see if I'm in, or out. Cheers, -Sunny |

Goodness gracious. Anyone who can remain concious with a HR at 178 for any length of time is alright in my book! |

We should keep each other in line!! Haha, we're on exactly the same day as well. I actually started the plan back in late January but I've restarted it twice now because I was falling too far behind in the training. I moved to Korea a few months ago and my swim goggles didn't make the trip with me. Since it's the middle of winter there are none for sale that I can find so I had to have them shipped from the states. I didn't want to just jump into the middle of the swim plan since that's my weakest event so I've just been restarting the whole plan. I'm in for the long haul now though. I'm not restarting again. 6 days down 114 to go!!! I'm registered for Ironman 70.3 Singapore which isn't until September so I'm going to have to find a good bridge program to get me from July through September. |
