Well you know, I *am* on the OTHER coast. You may want to make sure I didn't sneak any "hidden surprises" in there. (On May 4th, this table will self-destruct. ) |

Veteran 194 Denver, CO | Subject: RE: May "President's Cup" challenge - US West Team I am so excited for this challenge! I put the fabulous table onto my log (after taking a considerable amount of time to figure out how to get it there). I may have been a bit ambitious with my idea to add four hours of strength training to my schedule, but it will be an interesting challenge to figure out how to accomplish it. I'm looking forward to socializing and cheering with everyone, too! Stacy |

I missed that part. I got in now. It's amazing how well things work when you follow ALL the instructions. Just one more stupid question... Do we make our own updates in the spreadsheet? This is my first challenge so I'm not sure how it all works. Thanks for the help. Edited by TeamWin75 2008-05-04 12:20 AM |

I've been teamed up with a bunch of you before. These challenges really keep me going! Hi there welcome back! Are there any bike rides over there this summer that you know of? There is an amazing ride here called the RATPOD. It is a 130-mile, 1-day ride for Camp Make-A-Dream (similar to the Make A Wish foundation). The race filled very quickly this year, but you could still come and bootleg the ride if you wanted to. Here is a linky: RATPOD Make sure you check out the topographical map on the maps page! Expert 1022 | Subject: RE: May "President's Cup" challenge - US West Team Well, I started out slow for May. I'm already behind in the swimming and running, but I think I can catch up. Those 12 hours days at work at just getting tiring. Hope everyone else is doing great. |

Elite 3494 Renton, Washington | Subject: RE: May "President's Cup" challenge - US West Team Got a great bike ride in today. Boy it was just beautiful here!! Sunny and 67. Rode a trail near where I live. Was busy in parts for the most of it free and clear. My butt hurts now though. hehe
Oh and it looks like next week I am getting a brand new bike and a new car! God I love stimulus cheques and tax returns and the fact my husband is letting me have all of it. How sweet is that? Maybe now I can up my average speed
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend! |
