I totally done with tri's for the year as I'm gearing up for NYC Marathon. Got 3 half marathons to do between now and then. (oh man...what a dull post! Just can't compare to the melon shots.  )
Okay... even I couldn't do that with a straight face. So..... Bite me... my season has yet to star!!!! I have been working my off....... literally.... to try to finish my first tri before they cut the dang race off the day before my 12 wedding anniversary. Wouldn't be a huge problem because it is in a town where no one knows me but my DH, my mom, 4 of my friends and a potential couple others will be there. Crap.... I can do this I can do this I can do this.. oh yea, and we better dang well win this challenge.. |

A half mile swim, against the tide, 14+ mile bike ride, all hills-one more than a mile long. It just kept going and going. Followed by a rolling hill run. It was awesome-but painful. congrats on finishing your second tri! that is awesome sometimes it hurts so good |
