CRACK ME UP. THATs why the zipper wouldnt close. go back later WITHOUT the heart rate monitor on why dont ya? |

Extreme Veteran 557 Glendora, CA | Subject: RE: X-Men ok i am a bit slow here and didnt realize that there is a separate thread for us X-Men. i am will and i am trying to be a super hero this month. today was my first swim since december, and not to bore you with the details, but i am seven weeks out from partial knee replacement. i have a nice scar, and a huge hunk of titanium in my knee. rehab has gone well, and i am ahead of schedule. the surgery has solved a lot of issues with my knee. i have been cleared to swim and bike. running is another month away. i did run a lap at the track last week-it felt great. so i cranked out 500 yds this morning in the water. it felt great to be back in the water. also my first bike ride last night. only eight miles, but every journey starts with one step. lets have a great month of april my fellow X-Men!!!!! |

He kept pouring and apparently I kept drinking! We stayed up WAY too late chatting and such. Now I feel like poo. Good thing it's a rest day. I might try that 30 minute run this afternoon depending on the hammy. I might take a nap instead. |
