Subject: RE: Fighting Artichokes - September End of Summer ChallengeSo I forced myself to go to the gym today for an upper strength workout! I figure that the rate limiting step (ok, I'm a nerd...I can accept that ) is to get my workout clothes on...that is my point of no return...it also helps to know that I will run into someone I know at the gym at any time, any day...haha...makes me feel less alone in my fitness pursuits I'm gonna do a 1.5-2hr spin session tomorrow on the trainer I think...prob watch a movie to entertain myself...or I could just listen to some audiobook...gotta get it in in the morning cause I'm going to see KEITH URBAN tomorrow night!!! SOOOOO EXCITED!!! FLOOR SEATS!!! YAAAAA!!! (I have seen him before....but I lvoe him so much I will go again ) GOO Artichokes! Only a week and a bit left! Lets get 'er done! |
