Subject: RE: Madcow's mentor group -CLOSED!I m finally back to doing my workouts. I ran 3.5 miles today with my girlfriend. She know has the "itch" to do a triathlon. Good for her. I have a late ice hockey game tonight. I did GREAT on eating today. If i could do this everyday, I would be a lean mean fightin machine  Have any of you tried the 5-Hour Energy supplement? I usually do try things like this but i tried it. It is on a 2 oz dietary supplement drink with B-Vitamins and amino acids. It was bad and for whatever reason i felt a little energized on my run. I ll try again sometime. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it? Saturday morning, I m going to attend the Tri Expo in San Diego. Maybe I find somethings I need at the expo. Also, a question for everyone. Are there any particular places you buy your tri and bike stuff at? Love to hear your suggestions. I am happy to be back in the saddle, or the road, or the pool! |
