I have stopped drinking the coffee made here at work. It is just god awful, I can't stand it. So I get whatever I can chug down at home, and then 1 travel mug of coffee each day. That is all

Aw, Laney, thanks ... no, but I did keep down some yogurt, fruit, and pistachio nuts today. The yogurt+fruit gave me the heaves but it stayed put. Nuts were fine. I'm good with nibbling nuts.
