abud: congrats on remaining consistent, another 4000 yards week, and having received some advice from a fellow swimmer has done a rumsfeld on us: "I also felt more tired and out of breath while swimming. I was faster and more tired. I guess that is a good thing. Even better, I was more tired but I could still swim." bbmoozer: is at over 50% of her total but according to donto's confusing spreadsheet isn't hitting her target (no i don't get it either). however we also need to extend sympathy to bb as she had a trauma in her family:
cmrey: has gone home, from where i don't know, but well done light: is busy making wedding plans, life plans and swimming. she logged 300m of her total at a tri today, and came in the top ten and pr'd by 10 (TEN) minutes* - CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!! * only lynne and i will get this from the infamous vidiprinter at full-time on saturdays bob aka rstocks aka mr fish: knocked out a 1:04 for 100 yards - FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!! and still manages to get up at 3.30am to run in the snow...crazy man! bob has been massaging my ego in chat by calling me Captain and promises to log more pool time soon runnergirl (i've given up on the numbers - sorry): has finished her swimming lynne aka scotinseattle: has slowed down from her crazy start to the challenge but is still ahead of schedule, and that is despite buying a second hand cozzie from e-bay: "I don't know now if I should have bought it as the thought of someone elses flower being where mine is going to be is really starting to gross me out. Oh well, it was cheap enough, so maybe not a big deal. Right?" oh and good luck in your 12k race today saph: well after my swim tonight at my club i'll be up to distance for this week. my shoulder has been kinda sore so i did a back/breast set on wednesday, only to be thrown out of the pool 3/4 of the way in because the replacement lifeguard hadn't shown up. still i was a cheeky fcuker and got a free swim out of it! other highlights include breaking 2min/100 on a 1000m time trial...nice to know the pool time is paying off. sel166: still recovering, so get well soon
