Lots of new faces at the gym, wonder how long they'll last. During my 3 miles, 5 people came and went on the two treadmills near by...that says either I run WAY too slow...OR I intimidated them all with my amazing form and grace while running.....LOL! Another freezing cold day in Vermont - something below zero...so I of course will go swimming tonite. A nice easy swim! You guys have been busy with posting...I am SO proud! |
