I really wanted to be under 27 minutes. I had WAY to much energy at the end so I didn't run fast enough. Oh well. I'm working on getting closer to my previous speeds. Baby steps. Good for you. The only other time that would be worst is Friday at the same time. Afternoon bike ride sounds like a grand idea. Supposed to be mid-50's today and that is a heat wave recently! My company's business unit is located in colorado, a time zone behind us. They are always trying to schedule late in the day meetings, like 5:00 our time. And I've done the 4:00 friday meeting a few times. Never fun |

I hope my intervals on Saturday were as much fun for you as they were for me yay. i did some switching around in my schedule and this just made sense, but left me a little short last week in the challenge. no worries. ill more than catch up this week as for my intervals, A TOTAL BLAST. and yes, i did where my Halloweeny socks. best be worth me making your butt better! stacieb |
