wgraves7582 - 2010-03-23 8:47 AM A teammie is awake - howdy Paul!  How is your son doing?

He's doing much better.  We got his latest blood tests back last night and all levels are back to normal. He was given the ok to exercise again but he has to take it easy. I think I'll make sure he is supervised so he doesn't over do it again.

Didn't even notice until just now Bill.  You lost your stars.  It looks like I will lose most of mine today too.

Second day after is always the worst for me. I use it as a reminder to get out and exercise to loosen things up again. Just an easy day.

Don't have Paul help - LOL  He destroyed a honey bear yesterday!

I didn't destroy him.  I just gave him that little extra height he had always wanted.

Too funny that I just got back from Lunch I guess right?

These time zones are difficult to keep up on!

And I'm just heading out to lunch.

The +/-1 or 2 isn't too bad.  Its when I have to adjust 3 or 4 or more that it gets crazy.   That and the Arizona time zone. I never know if I should adjust for them or not. Those people in Arizona just like to do things differently from everyone else. I used to work with some people in Trinidad and they don't adjust for the time change either.  Never knew if they were 2 or 3 hours difference.

I was already thinking about it yesterday, but after feeling my body today, I think I'm going to cut back my race schedule.

I'm taking out a Sprint tri next month...since my real focus is an Olympic in May...and I'm taking out a half marathon in June...since I probably won't be near top shape for that either.

Needless to say, I still have 12 more races left this year.

I did a little treadmill run this morning.  It didn't feel good, but it didn't feel bad either.  I must be getting over this sinus thing.

Good deal - anytime the treadmill does not feel bad is a good day - I despise treadmills

I'm not a big fan of treadmills either.  I'm trying to embrace the fact that I need to utilize them a bit more often.  To do this, I run with a plan.  When I run on one, I pick a target heartrate.  If it strays from the target by plus or minus two beats, then I adjust the speed accordingly.  I run for time so I don't get caught up in how fast or slow I'm going.  It seems to work.  It keeps my brain engaged.
