Between work, and just being tired, my workouts were all over the place. Much better this week. A few appts this morning in Hartford, then decided what Kelly was thinking about today. Just got back from 26 miles, OUTDOORS. It is soooooo nice out today. And so much easier to get a ride in outdoors. the trainer officially SUCKS!!! I agree with Kelly's comment above. Consistency is key. I feel I have made some huge gains this winter going into the season, (which for me is mainly XC MTB racing). My HR is lower, I'm faster, and I don't seem to tire as easy anymore.
