Just started training for my first tri.  I am 6'1" about 270 looking for a wetsuit/trisuit (not sure on the correct term). If you have outgrown your old suit let me know.

A wetsuit is a suit that is designed to keep your body temp up and protect you from the cold water.  It also offers some floatation.  Their are wetsuits that are designed for swimming in.  A triathlon suit is like a swim suit, but it has a pad in it for biking and a top so it gives you a breathable shirt while running and biking.  Anyone else have a further description or correction?  Hope that helps you decide what you want and good luck.

I'm also a newbie looking for a trisuit, only that I'm female, 5'2'', 115 lbs. If anyone has an old suit they no longer need, would really appreciate it.

It's funny I thought there was not suppose to be requests on here. Isn't "no requests please" in the title?

I guess some people just don't understand 'no requests'. This isn't a thread to beg for stuff. It is a thread for people who don't need gear to donate it.

If you need stuff post in the classifieds with a WTB: xxxxxx

Av8rTx: thanks, swimoutlet looks quite good, didn't know about that before.

Others: my apology, guilty as charged for inattention to the thread's title. I tried to delete the previous post but it isn't allowed, so please ignore it.

I have the fabric velcro watch band for the Garmin Forerunner 910xt. It has the screwdrivers and screws to install on your watch. One of the screw heads is about stripped though, the ones provided with the band seemed softer than the ones on the watch so I would just reuse the ones that came with your watch.

Diadora bike shoes - black leather and black mesh with a yellow logo on the top of the foot.

Two velcro straps. I sewed a metal D-ring onto the one closest to the ankle to keep the strap from pulling through the slot when trying to fasten the shoes while on the bike. (Flying mount/dismount)

These are not in great shape. There's another part I can see that I sewed to keep it from falling apart. Still, they are bike shoes, so it's not like they don't have some life left in them. The soles are fine. The straps all work.

Does not include cleats, but there are screw holes to affix them. They had Look cleats on them before.

SIZE U.S. 7

SIZE European 40

You pay shipping from Ohio.

Another pair of bike shoes:

Look shoes. Black mesh with black leather on the top of the foot. (I think it's leather.) Yellow straps. Narrow.

Two velcro straps in good condition, but straps are short and easily come out if you are trying to get your foot in the shoe while on the bike.

These are in OK shape. The soles are fine. The straps all work. They run small and are quite narrow.

Includes a pair of Look cleats that are older and probably won't snap into perfectly to newer pedals.

SIZE U.S. Women's 7

SIZE European 40

You pay shipping from Ohio.

Profile Design aero bottle. Used.

Older style without the black lid - just an open top with the yellow scrunchy thing.

It has some velcro tape stuck to it, because I was trying to use that for a mounting system.

Weightlifting gloves with wrist straps.

Valeo brand - black leather and mesh with black velcro wrist straps.

Size small.

(They fit me - I am female, 5'3" with small hands.)

Nothing wrong with them - I just stopped lifting weights that were too heavy for my wrists to support.

Hi All, I have a couple of items up for grabs:

Size small sleeveless pink/black/white Pearl Izumi bike jersey (http://www.amazon.com/Pearl-Womens-Select-Sleeveless-Jersey/dp/B004EPXMCU/ref=sr_1_8?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1335912884&sr=1-8). I wore this several times, but it's still in great condition.

Size 9 Asics GEL-Noosa Tri 6 running shoes (http://www.amazon.com/ASICS-Womens-GEL-Noosa-Running-Yellow/dp/B003P2VW4I/ref=sr_1_2?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1335912937&sr=1-2). I actually only wore these once. I tried them out without socks for a 4M run and got a couple of blisters. They may just need breaking in, but I decided to try another brand that I ultimately liked better, so I gave up on these. I swapped out the regular laces for elastic pull ones, but you could always put regular ones back in if you prefer that.

Send me a PM if you're interested!
