I need to drop my Olympic (2:10) to 2:08 or 70.3 (4:59) to 4:50 and they'll throw in a larger discount and running shoes. I'm mostly excited to meet/train with some more people! I am not a super fan of the polka dots... but I will admit, if given the opportunity to sport them (even as an intern) I'd do it! The pressure to represent! Nicole ~ woo hooo on Home Ownership! I'll go with the ladies on the "let's see pics" idea. Just the overalls of course... I don't need to see your decorative insight, color schemes and all that silly stuff! Show me the MAN room! So we 're STLL jumping thru the hoops on this home loan pre-approval process thing, and I'm about to lose it. My husband is a comission only employee, so evidently it's a bit harder to qulaify when you don't have any guaranteed income (whoda thunk it?). So we should find out most everything today- fingers crossed for us, ok? Other than that, I'm just glad for the week to be over. Work was stressful and training wasn't where I wanted it to be this week. The good news is we have NOTHING pressing planned this weekend, which means lots of time to blow off some serious steam. What is everyone else up to this weekend? Also, anyone game for self-assessments again this month? |

I read an article a few weeks back that recommended you soak your wetsuit the night before a race...15-20 minutes. Helps with the neoprene...buoyancy...flexibility...something like that. Anyways... The OWS might be good for that. It will likely be dry as the suit dries out in a few hours. Hang it up inside out and let it and you should be good. Stoked for ya! Get-r-done!
