Just make sure you do something for you most days... even if its something small.... or it can be a bit disheartening... Something I learnt really well so far this year... I got reaslly down and really stir crazy all the time for awhile there now Im more accepting of it... although stir crazy still happens |

It's a bad idea in the winter and you run your heated seats without turning on the car. My husband was not amused when I had to pay to get my car jumped. I've also just slept in the lab when I was the only one around. Locked the door and turned off the lights so it looked like no one was there. That probably worked best. |

There is an awesome bean bag here that is really comfy to sleep on but since we are full open plan there is nowhere to take it for a nap |
