I'll run until it's below the upper teens and only then when I've been able to ease into it. This sudden dip in temperature is a shock! Just think - come March/April we'll all be super excited that it's 40 degrees outside. 40 will feel like a heat wave! it's so funny how that works TOPPAGE! Edited by lastcall2003 2008-10-28 7:56 PM |

And how much you wear... It's supposed to be 6 degrees overnight Sweat pants, long sleeved shirt, lined wind breaker, hat, goves.....I may chance it. Umm yeah... your six degrees is my... you must be joking... Ugh. Just checked weather.com and I'm in the same boat. I don't know if my lungs will tolerate it. I'm thinking of moving my PT up so I can run in the afternoon when it's at least upper 40s/low 50s. If I must, I'll finish on the dreadmill, too. I always run so much slower on it though. |

Since I went for my wog at lunch, I'll probably spend the evening reading. I've quickly found myself becoming addicted to my new Amazon Kindle! I'm finally getting around the reading the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer (figured I should get it knocked out before the movie premieres in 3 weeks). I keep finding myself having a difficult time putting it down at night to actually sleep! LOL |
