As we all learned from Kim, make sure you zip your bags shut when you go out for rides! I need to start running in 2 weeks, but I'm going to use the next 2 weeks on the bike to help get me back in shape so I can run!!! It felt really good to be out on the bike today. |

Glad you had a nice ride! And I think using the bike to strengthen up a bit before you start doing marathon training is a GREAT idea. |

It was a eons ago and my sister and I were so young, I don't think we really knew what was going on. It was only after I got older that I appreciated the challenges my mother faced being a widow at 26 with two small children. Regardless of politics, it is important to remember that there young widows and widowers with children right now that need our country's support. |
