LazyMarathoner - 2008-09-24 8:26 PM I've had it on and off so I know what to do, but I'm going to have to drop some of my mileage, maybe do it on the elliptical instead.

I would highly recommend that...and stretching...and maybe the roller bar...

Feel bad for you.  Had something like that years ago.  I took cortosone shots and PT to get it work out
