Tomorrow is surgery day and I am not sure that I will make many more runs this month. I was hoping for 50 miles this month but will settle for 40. Slowly, slowly I am building up. I was able to run on a few fun dirt trails during the run to break up the monotony, it slowed me up a bit but was worth it. Now I am enjoying my favorite snack; a berry smoothie with milk and chocolate protein powder! Yummy! |

Expert 1202 Montana | Subject: RE: PowerPuff Girls Hi team! I got an 8.2 mile run today, as per the plan. Tomorrow I'm hoping to take a big bite out of the bike mileage I have left. DH is working out of town, and I want to ride 40 miles (with the wind  ) to meet him on his way home. It is supposed to be 76 degrees, WAHOO! My computer is still sick, so I'm trying to stay off line. May have to bring it back to the doc. Phooey. |
