Does anyone have a really good stretching routine? I have some basics I do but I really want to make sure I am getting my legs stretched well considering my injury of late. I have never been a stretcher, not before, not after a workout, never. I have started doing Yoga however, and I find that helps. I have several different videos at home. I just pick a video and do what they tell me. |
