I know the stroke adjustments will do me well in the long run but the last week of doing it I feel off. Plus they really couldnt hurt. Super bonus is I am on Vacation all next week. Can I get Hurky from out forum cheerleader? I will be really hitting it next week with some 4 mi runs and hard work outside on the bike. |
