Gotta get ready for swimming....sigh......that run has definately taken quite a bit out of me after the fact...so ready for a good sleep tonight...

Finished a drainer ride...watched some Jane Austen Book Club...its such a funny movie...if you love Jane Austen that is...its so perfect! 60min...

Cleaned my room a bit....it was an actual mess...found lots of socks though...

Been watching the Olympics...we won another GOLD in Snowboard Cross..still waiting on a speed skating medal...hopefully that happens before I have to leave for swim practice..

Need to buy some new Swedish goggles...been using some speedo ones with foam which I hadnt used forever until about 2 months ago when I couldnt find my Swedes...but now the running room store is open at the pool and I can get my goggles!! Foam always rips...then it leaks...bad news...Swedes are awesome...if yuo don't know what they are: they are goggles that you "build" yourself and are just hard plastic...no foam or rubber around the eyes...they are the bestest!

I had nothing in my legs for my drainer ride tonight. I'm glad I didn't go out in the cold and wind to run that way.

Haven't heard of Sweedish goggles. I have my Speedo's and I like them.

Ah, bound to have those days. I just finished my salad. Am thinking I'm going to skip the boca burger, even though I'm a little short on protein for the day. I had lunch with a friend and while I ordered healthy, he had fries. I snagged more than a few when he wasn't looking. Why do they taste so much better when you swipe them?

I'm in the same boat Kim. Sometimes it really sucks having your desk phone number in THAT many places (internet, at least one page I know of, national "800" number, coworker's voice mail because he doesn't want to screen calls...). BTW - for dinner tonight here we have the biggest freaking chicken breasts on the planet (1 lb each) seasoned with fresh squeezed lemon and lime with garlic salt, and broccoli. Yum!
