Does anyone have a really good stretching routine? I have some basics I do but I really want to make sure I am getting my legs stretched well considering my injury of late.

I have never been a stretcher, not before, not after a workout, never.

I have started doing Yoga however, and I find that helps. I have several different videos at home. I just pick a video and do what they tell me.

I haven't either but I am starting now. That shin thing scared me. I can't afford to not be able to run. Slowly, slowly I am becoming a convert.

Hey guys,

Hard day yesterday...very long...I was going 6am-10pm between various things and didnt eat till 2:30...

Was in the room for a cancer diagnosis...first time...not fun

My preceptor was good about it, but very insistant that I experience the reality of medicine.

Going back for my last day of my elective on wed...I'm quite sad about this fact, but I need to get back to the reality of I have another test in 2 weeks...and need to get caught up on pulmonary..

Have some long committee meetings to decide on the distrobution of $283 000 to rec programming around the U. Another one tonight...tonight we make official decisions of where money goes...have to lose about $70 000 in requests to hit $283 000.

Indoor tri on sat! Ah...so little time to train...guess I just have to be happy with what I have so far..

Don't really have time to go through all the previous pages! Hope everyone is doing well..Go Ghoulies!

Have you taken that mental health day yet like I prescribed? We will be having margarita's later poured by Tom, Neal and Bill.

Hang in there, the school year is almost over, right? Spring is here, warmer weather soon to be outside, tri season, you can leave the classroom behind for awhile.

My podiatrist said before he became a foot doctor because he really wanted to be a doctor but he never wanted to have to tell anyone they/their wife/son/daughter/husband/parent was dying. I know it would be easier to be numb about this part, but don't ever lose compassion for your patients and their families.

For Saturday - you've been doing monster training sessions all winter. YOU WILL BE FINE! Go out and have fun. You will rock the race!!!

Here's a question for you...

Definitely Red and you have to get a different color grip tape also - red or some other color that is not as prevelent.

When I finally take pictures you will see the cool stem/seat post I got from a local mfg company. Red on each so I went with red bar tape. I wanted red hubs and headset but Chris King stuff is so expensive - it was not really worth the coolness factor

I thought about changing the tape, too. I'll have to wait until I get her home and then decide what I want to do.
