What a rockin' relay day!  Eric, Greg & myself (Trinuggernauts) rocked a superfast relay ~ AND ~ Betsy and her crew (Triple Threat) rocked a superfast female relay!  Two first place finishes!  It was so much fun ~ the energy was great ~ and EVERYONE rocked it hard!  One of my besy tri-moments to date!!!

So AWESOME!

You guys all totally rock!

So I've shared the hurkey backstory and post with pretty much anyone I think who would find it funny.  Most everyone has laughed until they cried.  I burst out laughing againt oday re-reading that.

And I can not believe that Justin has no comment.

It did make me get the itch to get an actual tri bike though.  We "tested" one out after the race and man was it nice!

I think Betsy and I are headed to the store tomorrow to try and find a new bike for her so she can get off the POS she's been riding.  I know we've talked about this before but any last minute seat suggestions from you ladies for her?

As far as saddles go, I'm actually on the hunt for a new one.  My current saddle is a Specialized something-or-other.  I had no problems with it last year.  And I don't know if it's bc I'm riding more agressive now or what but the trauma that my girl parts have been facing has been far from pleasant.  Of course, this could possibly be solved with new bike shorts....but I'm inclined to say it's the saddle.  There have been a couple threads recently, in Tri Talk I think, about saddles for girls.

Any specific bikes in mind???

It's no fun bike shopping without a sugar daddy in my oponion.

I already know that my birthday present this year is going to be a new tri bike.  Now I just have to wait until freaking october.  Boo.

I'm no help on saddles.  I'm still riding on the one that I have and I freaking hate because it hurts me so bad.  It's a profile design women's one and it blows. 

But have fun bike shopping!  Betsy is that speedy on a regular road bike?!?  She's gonna give you a run for your money on a fine piece of machinery Eric.

But that would be taking all the fun out of it!

Sorry I missed all the HURKEY fun, was out of pocket (away from the computer) for most of the weekend and when I did have time to post ~ there were little eyes abound...  I didn't want to end up like me.... exposed to hurkey at a young age!.... JK ~ the visual though... even I cringed a little!   BUT it is soooo funny!   CLASSIC LMAO stuff!

Betsy on a new bike!  Way to go Eric ~ first the really nice engagement thingy, now your gettin' the fast chick a new fast bike too.... You da man!
