Hello Ghoulies. I see we've been a chatty bunch this morning. Shocking! I'm gonna try and catch up here and log my swim from yesterday. I hope everyone's doing well...

Amy - My dad has been diagnosed with sleep apnea and the docs were able to fix it right up with his CPAP machine. I hope something like that can do the trick for you and get you some better rest!

x2. So far so good. It's 10:00 and I'm still NOT in my uniform. Just wearing running clothes and hoping to sneak in 3 miles in the next hour. Hopefully I can just escape unnoticed for a LITTLE longer

Oddly, not today. It's a very nice temp, but very cloudy and humid today. It gets that way this time of year and lasts until July or so. I could give you the weather-geek explanation, but the short story is that cold water + warm air = fog/lots of stratus clouds.

I vote YES.  

BTW, my bike is black and red.  I love that color combination.  And the clip on aero bars I ordered just arrived.  I'm a bit initimidated by the thought of them but am going to give it a try.  If I hate them, off they go.  Need to have the lbs put them on and schedule a fitting.
