dck4shrt - 2008-01-31 1:53 PM and if turtle and rollinsw want to chime in about their IM experiences, than they should, too.  although I didn't reference them because I have no idea what kind of stuff they went through, except that they probably didn't crash their non-Elite bikes.

I may be misquoting Turtle but she often speaks of being glad she didn't die on her way to finishing an IM.. She had to sign a letter to her family saying she would never do one again (I guess that is broken for IMKY 2009 )

I'm sure that was very helpful for Lauren, and others who are considering doing IMs in the future.

I know you're right 4shrt, and I know that I will be fine. Replacing my runs with
aquajogs for a few weeks won't really hurt me at all really. I'm just more frustrated
by the fact that this always happens. There's always something wrong with me. The
doc today prescribed physical therapy for me --- for two things that aren't even
what I went in to see him for (and also another thing that is what I went in there for)!!!!
There are just so many things wrong with me, and they always get in the way of me reaching my goals.

Alright, I'm done venting. Thanks for listening all !

Don't worry too much about the run... most people don't even run most of the marathon on their first IM.. just look at shelly's 6HR time for the run

P.S> (I cleared this with shelly.. Understand that its offensive to make any jokes about IMs when I haven't completed once yet. I apologize to all those I offended)

Dude, I'd be happy to run a 5-hour marathon as a stand-alone, let alone after swimming 2.4 miles and biking 112...

This stupid texting has me all screwed up.

I just tried to call Suntrust's 1-800 number, 1-800-SUNTRUST.

I ended up trying to call 1-800-777-7886687778877778.
