I was up in Lake Placid for an IM training camp, unbelievable weekend. I logged 23 miles of running in the past few days and just updated the spreadsheet. Hope it helps our numbers a bit! I am assuming that unbelievable means good. Sounds like it would have been a blast. Yes, so good! I got to swim the full 2.4 mile course, my longest swim ever. Rode the full bike course and did tons of running. It was amazing to be in such a beautiful place and have the time be 100% dedicated to training. Wish every day could be like that! Sounds like an awesome weekend and a great way to spend a birthday! |
