Got a pair of MTB shoes I never wear anymore. They are easy to run in through transition. Nice hard sole. Have a pair of SPD cleats on them that I'm not removing unless you don't want them.

Could be great for first time with clipess pedals or spin class.

They are not perfect. There is a spot one heel that the outside of the material is nicked pretty badly, but it does not affect the shoes of the fit at all. Just looks bad.

Size 46 - I wear a size 12 running shoe and these are a little bit too big without socks and fit great with thick socks.

I'll even ship these to you for free (in the US) just to make some more closet space.

wow this is really great, i fell in love with this sport last season and have realized it is a very expensive sport. its really nice to donate equipment to beginners. i have to say all i have a is a good pair of running shoes and a mountain bike. i should be able to get a decent tribike in the spring but i can use quite a bit of gear. thanks again

Used, but in decent condition. Lots of life left and entirely useable.
