I don't like admitting or accepting that I'm bad at something and I can't do anything about it. Its depressing. So swimming itself is ok. But not swimming fast is not ok.... I dunno. I'm not a fast swimmer. But I like swimming. Then again, as bad as my swimming is, my running is WAY worse. LOL I knew there was a reason I have a "day job." (And it doesn't involve athletics.)
hehe you sound like me! How is your cycling? |

hehe you sound like me! How is your cycling? Put it this way.... I've been using an old stationary bike. I have an old mountain bike that needs to be overhauled. Once I get that done, I'm going to get a trainer. Hm, I can do all my exercising indoors. LOL (It was cold here today. Yuk.) |

I do like the idea of being the Swim Challenge Mascot. I can handle that. But I don't wear a Speedo well. Sorry. I have nightmares about them anyway, after a particular picture my X took at a particular triathlon of Monkey Boy bent over in a flowered Speedo. Its been posted on BT and its GROSS. LOL - no speedo required - you just have to cheer us on and motivate us! |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: They Who Shall Not be Named! spokes - 2007-11-08 10:52 PM Nope. I'm not a musclely person. And yes, I'm clean, and I'm fighting taper depression - all totally expected - at the moment. I shouldn't have told my Dad about Auburn. I love my father but he's always telling me "don't kill yourself doing this, don't kill yourself doing that..." It makes me crazy. Why not say "That's f*cking fantastic" and keep the negativity to himself? I'd offer you some Pepperidge Farm cookies. But I ate them all. I have family members like your Dad. They like to share the joy. |

Sometimes, it's tough to tell because the avatar is so small. |

Its a truth. There's no way I could make the swim cutoffs. I simply don't have the ability. This is something that can't be fixed with lessons, practice, etc. I can't swim well, period, and it p!sses me off to no end. we're ignoring you ;-) but it's because we love you! |
