I have been trying to get on the worship team foe 2 years....I can harmonize with a frikkin rock. Person in charge of worship has had my paperwork foever. So I was told yesterday that B. wanted to talk to me and I was really hoping she had an opening for some harmony since a bunch of altos have recently had babies. Nope, she wanted me to do something else that I am not particularly inerested in. I know what I'm supposede to do (acutually it's not singing....it's dance). My church is very closed about dance so I can deal with that and sing....NOT. Choir is okay, I like the people but not much of the music choices. Went to the gym to do a swim set I've wanted to do for over a month. It was hard and I didn't even do it the way it was written. (I got lost keeping track of where I was with all the 50's so I I just did the total amount if it sauid 4x50 I did a 200) Rushed through making my breakfast for the week so I could take the kids to youth group and go up to choir practice...at least no hokie music tonight. |

It was me an 8 others, including my hubby. I ended up with 75.5 miles. My ride was a little longer because I missed a turn towards the end. That's what I get for riding off the front of the group when I don't know where I'm going I stayed in the little ring for the most part because this was supposed to be an easy endurance ride. But I had to "play" on one smooth section of country road, especially when my hubby took off on a sprint. I couldn't let that go. There were 4 guys and 5 girls riding. My hubby, me and one other guy were the only ones who "played". Everybody else doesn't know what they are missing |

I may dust off some old music I sang in PA and fine a pianist to accompany me to prove that I can sing. I've pretty much given up on dance here, that's why I do tri's...a place to put my energy both physically and mentally.
