Following the "will workout for margaritas" model:

1 hour bike ride = 2 margaritas at the House of Blues Saturday!!!

What a fun day!!!  Unfortunately, I don't think the workout counted as Ground Pounder points, because I already had 5 for the time period...

But...I did a run this morning for partial credit & will finish off after my 12-hour shift this evening.

Pound it People!!!

You can have 2 weeks of 6 workouts, I believe.  Nice job!

I swam this morning to start off the new week

Whoop whoop!  Great job this past week, Ground Pounders!  (I was going to just say Pounders, but that didn't sound quite right  )  Let's start the new week strong!  (I ran 7.18 miles today so I overachieved)

Comet - 2008-11-10 2:05 AM Wait...I didn't submit my points to anyone! What do I do?!

You posted on the spreadsheet -- you're good.

I did 15' on the trainer (tabata protocols -- just about coughed up a lung!)  and 30' in the pool.  Go Ground Pounders!!

45 minutes on the trainer today.  I'm ready to get back outdoors on the bike but it was rainy and cold.  I'm already ready for spring time and it's not even winter yet!

I confess, I saw you were a little behind in your points and knew you did more than that, so I updated it for you.....
