Subject: RE: Show us your Ghoulies - Halloween Run Challenge Page #2I'm also wondering on group opinion here.... Should I be just keeping a consistant distance per run (5-7km ) or be varying my distances (1-10km ) for my next 15 runs... I guess I would be reaching about 100km either way...but I'm wondering what would be best? I'm definately not your typical runner, and I'm trying to get a really good base down before I start increasing my mileages per run to prevent injuries... (I have ITBS, ankle tendonitis ) and am just trying to avoid that from flaring up... Ideas? |
