Do you think people will be sufficiently scared "motivated to work out" with it? Or should I just change my avatar to something like.... well, a taser? I'm thinking you need to find a turkey with a taser....or a turkey shaped taser! I searched on google, but didn't see any. *sigh* I wonder if there are any turkeys outside that I could arm with tasers. Um, REAL turkeys, I mean. Not just the guy in the pickup truck with the shotgun rack mounted on the back.... |

I am going to do a strength set with my ladies basement workout group this morning. The group has a trainer come in and we all kick in $10. I went for the first time last week and she had a TRX set-up- wicked sore the next day. We'll see what today brings. Will go for a run or swim sometime today too. OOOHHHH... I LOVE the TRX.... Just seems so expensive for fancy webbing... might go that route as substitute for wts on basement, however... |

And thanks for the Lara Bars recipe... Can't wait to try them.Here's how I usually do it (there may be an easier way): 1. Quote the message with the table. 2. Click "Disable HTML" 3. Click "Preview" 4. Copy everything from < table > to < /table > 5. Click "Settings" at the top of your screen. 6. Click "Training Blog Customization" 7. Click "Dashboard" 8. Paste the code where you want it to go. 9. Click "Apply". Sometimes, the table shows up as HTML until you go back to the Dashboard tab and click apply again. Let me know if you need anymore help. |
