Bike is most likely a 1 loop bike Very nice course. It most certainly is NOT flat Rollers, no big sustained climbs. awesome! and yeah you did do a pretty good job of keeping the secret. ;- ) any word on when we're going to see a list of approved speed suits for after september first? It seems the key words in the WTC speedsuit ban are "non-rubberized" and "textile" .... so basically if a suit is neoprene or latex in anyway it is not permitted. But if it is made of a textile - lycra, spandex, polyester, etc then it is good. DeSoto seems to be ahead of the curve and are pushing a one piece trisuit by claiming the chamois pad will help with buoyancy? Hopefully by the fall season the rest of the Tri clothing manufactures will get up to speed and come up with a strong product line to offset the new WTC rule. I've been emailing with one of the PR guys for Pearl Izumi and he assures me that they have some new textile products coming out very soon. So, the best advice is to probably hold on for a couple of months until they all get caught up! Hope that helps! yeah and desoto seemed to be ahead of the curve with the water rover to. how'd that work out? ;- ) not slamming slamming desoto here btw, i love emilio's gear. a few companies have suits out now that say they are good..kiwami, desoto. but in light of all the changes i want wtc to tell me they are good. its clearly an issue. i walked into a shop recently while out of town and asked the the girl which suit will be good after the first. she pulled out a pointzero3. i said thanks and walked out. this being said, i still don't even know if i *need* one. ha. edit.. i have emailed wtc about this as well.
